Why did you drill so deep into the thermal insulation? Isn't the idea to reduce thermal leaks as much as possible?

That wouldn't hold the weight of an iron cast radiator at all. Why bother drilling holes in the first place just use blue tag to hang your photos.

Fixings don't work on insulated plasterboard.tails won't open. Waste of money avoid!!
