I believe kurama will be revived soon, as for how i believe, naruto was born with kuramas dna tied to him, when kushina was the host for kurama.

Naruto was still in the womb, so techincally naruto already has his way, just needs a way to unlock his dormant kurama dna .

Maybe learning more about his family, traveling to the land of the waves. Maybe he finds someone, who knows about a secret uzimaki library or elder thats in hiding that could help him activate narutos greatest form of true kurama, Natsurama .
