For those who don't understand, the first clip is edited. They show a real finger with fingernail and then take off the finger, which is not possible. The second clip with the man is actually possible and tries to replicate it. Basically what he does is that the finger which he's supposedly taking is actually the middle finger of his moving hand. Then he turns his hand around so you don't see the middle finger anymore. His pinky is bent behind the ring finger and he just unbends it when he holds his moving hand infront of the pinky.
