Tallest Mountains in the Solar System

Earth has tall mountains but there are planets, moons and asteroids with much taller mountains. In this video i take a look at the tallest and largest and see would it be hard to climb them if we happened to do so.

The problem with measuring a mountain on the rest of the planets and moons is that there is no accepted base from which to measure the height, unlike the earth with its sea level.
