My greatest weakness is that i have messiah complex -- When someone ask for my help, i cannot say no, even if its not part of job or out of my scope of support, i find ways to help that person in need. If I cant really help the person, I will find someone who can help them. Actually right now, i am still working on my weakness.

Hi maam. I just want to ask a question about the last job interview I had, super comfy kausap nung nagiinterview and medyo mahaba din po interview nya saakin she even told me about the salary range and benefits. But it’s been a week and still no signs of them, she just told me during the interview to keep my line open for the final interview. Should I wait po or do I need to apply nalang sa iba.
Sana po masagot, I’m a little frustrated lang since fresh grad po ako pero with experience on Freelancing jobs.

my weakness I think ito ang pinakamahirap masmahirap pa sa iba kasi weakness ko visual disability kahit taas na ng grado ng eyeglasses mahirap parin makakita ng malayo or kahit average lng man wla tlga.. yan lng naman mahirap

What I find difficult to answer is how much is your basic salary right now. I want to ask for 6 digits on my next job (job c) but the current job that I have now (job b) pay less than my (job a). I don't want to be paid just based on my current salary but based on my years of experience and knowledge. What can you advise? Can I use my basic salary from job a to negotiate for job c?

Hi @teamlyqa sana ma notice mo ito at gawan ng content, What if meron person with mental fogging, and hirap maalala kung mga task ko before para ma showcase ko for job interview.
Pero mas nangingibabaw parin sa ala ala ko yung mga chismis at hinanakit sa mga kupal na workmate pati mga memes nalang ang laman ng utak ko ngayon??
