Hi Kwocklyn, I Just received your Vegetarian Chinese Cookbook today and I am so happy with it, can’t wait to start cooking with it the recipes look amazing and I’m going to make the curry on here tonight using cauliflower, I made sweet and Sour Cauliflower over the weekend and it was delicious, even if I do say so myself, also made Goks Lemon Chicken recipe on This Morning using Cauliflower and it’s was a total success. Thank you for bringing these videos and I will be ordering the Chinese Takeaway Cookbook later this eve as well and fully recommend anyone who loves Chinese food to buy them with total confidence that they are going to get a fully authentic Chinese meal that is healthier than the Local takeaway but will def taste as good if not better! Great tip with the prawns Kwoklyn..I've only ever used the velvet technique with chicken or beef..Probably the reason why my prawns have always been i bit crunchy compared to the takeaways also using honey in the curry sauce is another great idea....Keep up the great work chef and stay safe..
