The suitable temperature setting： Fridge is 5℃ and  freezer is -18 ℃. If you set the display panel in Auto set function, the refrigerator will run according to the setting (Noramlly fridge is 5℃ and  freezer is -18 ℃).

If you put the vegetables, fruits or eggs in the fridge, you can set 5℃, if you store other food, you can set the temperature refer to the temperature that it should be stored. if you put some drinks in the frige room, you can use the super cool (power cool )function

If you put much fresh meat, fish or much ice-cream in the freezer, you can use the super freeze(power freeze) function, otherwise, set freezer room -18 ℃.

During summer season set temperature for refrigerator somewhere in between 1 to 4 ( 1 is most coolest setting) and
Freezer -18

In winters which mostly statrt mid November (/keep the setting refrigerator 5 to 8 and freezer -20 to -24

jesus H Christ - why does the "actor" here jump around with there hands and fingers making it extremely confusing. Horrible direction. The reason why professionals make videos and the companies that do not hire professionals have confusing shit like this. I'm trying to find a way to adjust the freezer temperature and no one has a simple exact way to do it. Just fluttering fingers irratically jumping all around the buttons make it confusing.
