Although the mothers are siblings, they do not share the same DNA sequence so we consider them as two seperate people(Mom1) and (Mom2):

Dad × Mom1 = Baby1
Dad x Mom2 = Baby2

Baby1 and Baby2 are genetically half siblings because they share a father but have different mothers.

Moreoever, since Mom1 and Mom2 are sisters, the babies can
also be genetically classified as cousins.
