Ever since she joined The Cosby Show in the later seasons as Olivia Kendall, Raven-Symoné has spent a good percentage of her life on television, from her role on Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper to her Disney Channel sitcom, That’s So Raven, to her tenure as one of the hosts on The View. However, it seems that in the last few years, the former child star hasn’t been working as much, leading many to wonder if something happened.

As with most situations, there’s more than one reason you don’t see this particular multi-talent as much anymore — some of it her own doing, and some of it out of her hands. Let’s take a look at why Hollywood seemingly dumped Raven-Symoné.
