This is an extraordinary speech delivered with confidence and charisma. Really love the metaphor that everyone has a bit of Rudolph/uniqueness in ourselves and education should encourage us to pursue our passion. Thank you Dr. Zhao!

Fascinating. I love this early exploration of the rhetorical question of 'why teach our children to fit into a future that does not yet exist?' Dr. Zhao here offers that our jobs as teachers is to follow the child and support their innate creativity. Many would have lost had Rudolph not delivered for us. Do not stifle - rise, sing, and be a part of the process.

It was not gripping or compelling the rhythm of it was out of place and it was easy to just stop. None of the words had the gravity to keep me or influence me. I do appreciate the good try and thank you for that.- rudolph
