How would these mugs react to desktop mug warmers like the ones at coffee mate? I'm worried the "soft touch" exterior might not like being heated directly on the plate.

I thought wow why not ask a famous liquid thermos business to see if they could help. Especially with in minority neighborhoods that never seem to get the attention needed after many Parkways have already gone treeless for the last 50 years.

Maybe this is only good for hot drinks. Or is my mug defective??? I put water and ice in it before bed at around 10pm and literally came back the next morning at 730am to a room temp cup of water. Lid was on the while time. My wife's tumbler that she got as a promo gift kept 80% of the ice in it for the same period like from 8pm to 7am, with the cap OFF the entire time. And half the ice is still there by 5pm the next day.😮
