I don't trust the Supreme Court to uphold the use of that statute. The insurrectionists got off too lightly as it was. To eliminate those charges would be outrageous.

Like it was said, all the lower courts and justices agreed that these charges were legitimate and justified. With that in mind the Supreme Court should not even taken this case.
