Game Information:
Saints Row: Gat out of Hell is a 2015 open world action-adventure video game developed by Volition and High Voltage Software and published by Deep Silver. It will be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. The game is a standalone expansion to Saints Row IV, meaning players do not need a copy of Saints Row IV to play Gat out of Hell.

I'm guessing that they will go with the "Find the Saints a new home for what's left for humanity" as the canon ending if they are gonna make more sequels to the current timeline (which is what I'm guessing they will do) cause it clearly sets up one. But if they decide to reboot the series they'll probably go with the "Have God recrate Earth and retcon the entire world of Saints Row" as canon, cause its basiclly a reboot, and maybe have the Saints be a cop squad and be the antagonists of the next game/ series .

Sick!!! The Ending of the Recreation of Earth is the Perfect ending for Saints Row IV but the awesome beginning of Saints Row V where the Boss is a normal citizen who gets caught up with the law and is given a choice to join Stilwater PD where he meets the badass Lt. Johnny Gat and take on a mixture of Old and New Enemies in the New Planet Earth with all the Mayhem and destruction that we all now and love.
P.S. To all the haters bitching about the endings, for fucks sake, they went to Hell and shot the Devil in the face, stop bitching about Saints Row in general and the endings, its Saints-Fucking-Row, the shit is meant to be stupid but cool at the same time.

How many of you commentors actually played Saints Row 1? It was dubbed 'GTA clone' because of gameplay at the time. NOT because of story. Even GTA San Andreas didnt focus purely on gangs let alone gang warfare.

Fast foward to 2015 and when was the last time a PURE gang driven game was released? Exactly; 2008/9 which was SR2.

SR1/2 never were GTA clones, their diferences is akin to calling Dino Crisis a Resi clone purely because it shares the same engine. I'm all for SR1 remake!

Supposedly Agents of Mayhem, Volition's next game is based off the 4th ending to this. The one where God rebuilds Earth but retcons the Saints.

Why does everyone like the recreation of the world ending? It's like a parallel universe where everything is different. I'd rather see how they proceed in the real universe. The Saints are a gang and will always be a gang, whether they are in the streets of Stilwater or on a spaceship above Steelport.
