Cricketer Yuvraj Singh's father Yograj Singh on Monday hit out at Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni for keeping his son out of World Cup-2015 squad, alleging that MSD did that for personal reasons.

I am so surprised with Indian cricket fans. Look I am not a Dhoni fan or a Dhoni hater, but you actually believe Yograj Singh. The bias and misdirected anger was so clear from Yograj. Yuvraj Singh has really been underperforming for Indian cricket in the last few years, and he did not really deserve a spot in the Indian Cricket Team. The World Cup selectors sit and decide the 15 man squad, Dhoni is not the only selector, in fact Dhoni has the least say. For all you fans who cannot accept the fact that Yuvraj hasn't been up to par, this is blind support. For all of you hating Dhoni and accusing Dhoni for no reason is blindly hating. Please accept the fact that players like Sehwag, Yuvraj, and others have been underperforming and they must also stop playing. Indian cricket fans have been the most bizarre, and I wish they would start being open-minded.

Dhoni has every right to refer someone or not . In this world cup squad he referred Murali Vijay but selection committee denied it .  Dhoni has an ability to protect any player as well . captain of all teams has some power in terms of selecting players in their team . if he wanted he could have yuvi in his team specially after 3 back to back domestic centuries . plus his perfomance in Australia is terrific . we need someone like yuvi in middle order followed by kohli . experience always talk . rayadu, rahane or binny can't take his position and you will see in upcoming matches

This man cannot accept that Yuvi's time is over and cribbing about Dhoni. Fine Yuvi was a great player but he should accept selection process. Politics was always there, nothing new. In the earlier and mid years, Yuvi's AVG was very bad, yet it was Dhoni who still kept Yuvi in the team when he didn't even deserve. But Yuvi's father seems to have forgotten that. Now that there are many choices and Yuvi didn't get a chance in the team, cribbing now about Dhoni only shows that he is a attention seeker. He is himself ruining his Son's Legacy. Everyone has to leave and one has to accept it. Whether it's Ganguly or Kapil Dev, all had to leave. Some players leave by themselves, some are made to leave. But cribbing about it and being thankless about what they got from the sport shows that a great cricketer can also be shallow person in personal life. Calling Dhoni a sick person shows his own personality. Dhoni never reacted on him, since it's not needed. The whole cricket fraternity respects Dhoni. As per Yuvi's father 99.9% cricket fraternity is wrong to respect Dhoni and only he is right. ..Lol.

I am reading comments below and seriously feel guys use your Though MS Dhoni sits during selection process but he has no right to refer any one or reject ... Its the selection board decision. Kisi ki personal dushmani ni nikal sakta koi.... Its country first.... Shayad ap log bhul gaye ho Ravi Shahstri forced Dhoni to quit Test match beccause they have differences in thinking and soon you will not see him on One day matches too. Atleast dnt blame someone when u don't know the real facts....and appreciate even after artiality he is still facing the captaincy with loyalty and I wish he fulfills India's dream
