The circuit can Easley preduce 1000w but there is no protection so if something goes wrong it goes boom and everything gets destroyed

Why disassemble all the components of a switched supply, if you can achieve exactly the same, only disassembling the exit toroidal transformer for modifying it and rewinding it for achieving the +/- 30 Volts required?
