A touch screen and a couple of buttons and rotary encoders, so about $100 worth then?

Mounted in your own panel HOW? I don't have a CNC plasma table to cut a thin panel from steel. I'm guessing most don't. The tiny mounting screws and holes with super high tolerance do not readily afford ease of mounting into, say a 1/4" MDF home made panel or the like. Most people will make a home cockpit panel out of wood, not steel. A more DIY friendly mounting option needs to be considered in the future. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear it.

Doesn't fully integrate into MSFS 2020 at over 500 bucks that's a hard pass. Do your research people.
