Greenpeace Australia Pacific 40th Anniversary

Показать описание
2017 marks the 40th year of Greenpeace Australia Pacific. On 28th August 1977, activists in inflatable zodiacs took on a whaling ship in Albany, Western Australia. And they won.
That handful of brave activists has, over the years, grown into hundreds of thousands of committed members. Our supporters power every piece of the work we do. With a presence in 55 countries, Greenpeace is able to take action in some of the most remote corners of the world - bearing witness to environmental crimes that would otherwise go undetected and unchallenged.
Greenpeace is 100% independent. That means we refuse to take donations from businesses, governments or corporations. We rely solely on the generosity of individual people who are changing the world with us.
