Used it for around 7 months now and love it. Once you get the hang of it the video creation is very intuitive. Latest gen avatars are superb. Customers love the videos I am creating. Only criticism so that the generation time of the videos is a tad long. I’ve created videos then generated them with a 30-40 minute generation time then spotted a minor error which literally takes seconds to correct but then have to wait the same 30-40 minutes to generate the video again. If the generation times could be speeded up it would be so much better.

The voice and video don’t synchronize and Synthasia has a prohibited use policy that is so open ended they basically prohibit any content they don’t like. They don’t tell you anything about the prohibited Content and there is absolutely NO REFUND POLICY.
