Here's a twist (pun intended) on a classic Greek dessert I affectionately call easy Greek baklava twists. As the name suggests, all baklava lovers rejoice because if you like Greek baklava, then you're going to go bonkers for this this. Made with puff pastry, this baklava recipe is a bit easier than regular baklava that uses multiple phyllo layers but has the same nut mixture and general flavour profile of that gorgeous Greek pastry. They look really great Ken. Baklava isnt my favourite (shock horror 😱😱) lol but everyone around me loves it. I find it too sweet. But on occassion I do like to enjoy a piece! 😄
