Service needs to handle the package more gently. Why dropping it from like 6 to 8 feet above the ground?? It should have kept the package gently to the ground

Amazon can one up them by air dropping your packages into your backyard from one of their airplanes with each individual box having one of those plastic parachutes like the toy soldiers have from childhood
