Mixed Berry Cheesecake - the first cheesecake I ever learnt how to make, and I still think this is one of the best ones

This has been a regular in my family for years. We've had this for more Christmases than I can remember, almost every summer, birthdays, and I made this for mine and my sister's graduation.

I think this is my favourite cheesecake out of all of the ones I've ever made. It'll be perfect for any summer parties coming up!
