I want to sign into my telegram app on a new tablet, but when I install Telegram on tablet, It will NOT give me option to scan QRCode?? The only option is, it wants to verify my phone #, BUT code is NOT being sent to my cell phone!
I have a Telegram app on my P.C. & mobile phone already, So can I scan a QR -code on my new tablet that is generated on my P.c. or phone?
to sign in on new Tablet? In other words, can I generate a QR code on my P.c. or phone & scan it with my Tablet to complete new 1st time sign in to my existing account?

my question is why the trouble??? i have my personal computer and need to install an app on my mobile in order to be alowed to login on my desktop??? and everybody thinks that is allright??
