Once in a while, I purposely go in the gym and do all of the exercises that I hate doing.

WHY?

Well that’s because this trains my mind to do things that I “don’t want to do”

Because success in anything requires a lot of doing things that you “don’t want to do”

So next time you’re in the gym, faced with the opportunity to do something that you “don’t want to do”

Remember, that this is an opportunity to train your mind to be SUCCESSFUL in all things.

Those Bulgarian split squats are so fuckin brutal but the most effective leg exercise you need to do tbh😭😭

😭😭😭😭😭😭😂😂😂😂😂😂😂💯💯💯 I fr b doing my workouts with these faces until the gaslight fully kicks on at the end of the workout! Lol 😂 😐 but that’s how I know that will feel happier once it’s done tho is facts!!!
