UVI WaveRunner Wavetable Synthesizer Collection review

Checking out the WaveRunner wavetable synthesizer collection from UVI. It's based on various popular and rare German wavetable synthesizers. Each of the 7 instruments have their own interface for sound customization and tweaking.

My dad (and later me) owned the PPG 360 wavecomputer on which the 360 is based, so i think it's great to have a vst on that synth. I bought the Vintage Vault so i have an enormous part of my youth in a pc (which of course broke down). Thanks for the review. Subscribed. Cheers.

I guess you can say the same about the high end kontakt libraries also, at the end of the day it just depends on what you're looking for I suppose

Yeah, I hear ya and can't argue with that, but of course some prefer the convenience of software.

While this sounds good, I have to say if I were seriously looking to get the PPG/Waldorf sound, I'd save the $300 and put it into getting the real thing, as used XT and Q hardware synths are out there.

Incredible sounds, awesome interface but a bit pricey. After all, it's just multisamples.

all theese naughti people that want to use the uvi plugins in uvi workshop.. there really bad. but is it possible for them to do that?? like find an i lok for the plug ins or would it be easier for them to do that on the mach 5??? shame on them people..
