This video had a lot of amazing tips to make things easier, especially leaving one side of the tire installed while putting in the tube.

My contribution is that when you're sliding the pedal hangers/motor back into the plastic shell around 12:47 - I taped all the connectors together temporarily, making them as thin as possible and smoothing out the connectors corners. That way, when I fish the wire through the whole, I can gently pull all the cables through instead of having the heads get stuck on the other side of the hole.

Heya the pedals are on back to front, I did the same, tire changes are time consuming, can you advise on the size of the Michelin tire for the Hero, buying all the little things for the Master. The grub screw to hold the pedals up is a really great mod.

Do you know if a 70/90 14 will fit? I mistakingly bought that instead of an 80/90. Hoping that I don't have to return it
