Completely off topic but I just wanna vent a bit. 2:34
"Plus my only natural talents wasted on my alcoholic friends", I'm an extremely good artist, for someone very young. I can draw anime characters, my oc's, a couple of animals and even hands with limited poses. Before, I got bored and simply wanted to draw some of my classmates. Three of which, I was pretty close to and back then considered somewhat friends. I of course, did all this for free because it was simply something I wanted to do out of boredom, and asked to draw them portraits in my anime style, to which they agreed to, and let me take photos of them for reference. I then handed each of them their own portraits, and of course they were extatic about it, and even loved the amount of detail I put into it, and they even said they will frame it, and put it on the walls. which made me feel appreciated. Now, present time, they either completely ignore me and walk past me if I even try to say hi, are seemingly annoyed when I even try to talk, avoid me and/or developed unhealthy habits, that they try to pull me into doing too *but fail because I'm not stupid, * which make them absolutely unrecognizable. And it honestly just hurts a lot, that even though I decided to draw them freewilingly and out of boredom, it still hurts that I wasted hours of my life working on their portraits, they could have atleast pretended to like me a while longer, instead of dropping me immediately.
