Her recipes never fail. I've tried other recipes but I always go back to her. Just made her homemade Hamburger helper tonight and was so amazing. She lists the ingredients, the time and love. This hamburger helper was to die for. I also follow her Christmas cookies which my kids (13 and 19) sware by. Thank you Laura. She has amazing recipes to go (married to a police officer) and they have all helped. Quick ready to go is my game. Honestly, he is on call and could't wait to have him taste it!

I have never heard of hamburger helpers. Once I watched this, I realised this is my mom’s version of ‘not Italian’ pasta! Her’s has minced chicken or lamb or beef, some heavy cream, seasonings n the same macaroni pasta! 😍 It’s the same !! From 🇮🇳

1 lb of Ground Beef
1 Small Yellow Onion, minced
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Flour
1/2 cup of Tomato Sauce
5 cups of Beef Stock
1 cup of Milk
1lb of Elbow or Shells pasta
8oz of Sharp Cheddar, grated
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp of Granulated garlic
1 tsp of Granulated Onion
1 tsp of Paprika
1 tsp of Chili Powder
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper, optional
Salt and Pepper to

I made this tonight for the first time, It's a fantastic and simple recipe, and budget friendly!! My husband said it tasted more like a taco-mac to him than the traditional flavors of hamburger helper😅 we both absolutely love it!!! It definitely earned a spot on my routine weekly meal plan menu!
