Edit: guys why are you still watching this video? The ptb ended a while ago and the ds animation was removed so the stun is now 5s.

In dbd, we got a lot of killers which is aliens, creatures that can teleport through things, Immortal beings, robots, powerful monsters, pinhead, etc... and yup, they still got damaged by a knife

Is this decisive strike a perk with a specific character?

Decisive Strike should be a 4/5/6 second stun and prevent the killer from seeing auras or scratch marks for 8 seconds.

Any time a killer is blinded by any means they should not be able to see scratch marks for 6 seconds.
