Student Health Services at Clemson University provides high-quality care and serves as a beneficial resource to students on Clemson’s campus.

Lesslie Pekarek, M.D., serves as the director of Medical Services at Clemson University. She is a family physician who has been a provider at the Redfern Health Center since 2016, but since the pandemic, her focus has shifted to public health efforts. Redfern Health Center is a full-service primary care office that aims to provide support and care for students.

Student Health Services strengthens Clemson University by providing quality medical and mental health care, public health leadership and initiatives that enhance the academic success of our students and promote the health, safety and well-being of the campus community.
