I'm researching what smart watch to get for exam

I wanted to know which watch has better far field mics, so that when you activate it verbally (hey siri, ok google, alexa, etc) it actually responds. Every google watch I have owned only responds about 30% of the time even when I hold the watch up to my mouth, whereas Siri is close to 100%. How are you even activating the assistant on these watches? Google watches also fail to play the song requested about 50% of the time. Again, siri is close to 100%. I want a non-siri watch which works as well, as an apple watch, but I cant find one.
