This is a perfect piece for someone who is minimizing their impact on the environment. This re-purposed material used in this gorgeous table is from a Barn built in the mid 1800's from local Maple wood materials. Every surface of this piece is sanded down for gentle touch. The wood displays a varying mark and grain pattern that gives this a very beautiful Rustic Character look.
We can make any size! End leaves or up to 10 12" insert leaves
The table can accommodate up to 12 people with the two 24" leaves that are inserted in the table. Admire the four strongly built thick legs that support the table. In addition to that, the table top is with a breadboard dowel. "Bread-Board" is constructed with end caps finger jointed and doweled onto the ends of the table. This is as in the finger grip on a kitchen bread board pull out. This is an attractive detail often imitated with veneer overlay to stimulate this design. When we do a bread-board top, it's authentic. It is a real floating doweled end cap.
