Need your suggestions and support. I bought second hand a two wheeler few years ago through one of my good friend. As it was seconds, I was supposed to change the owner name in RC book. Since I'm out of city I request my friend to do that formalities for me. Because I trusted him. But that friend pledge that rc book for some amount without my knowledge. Now that financiar came to his home and search for the two wheeler, obviously that was not there and somehow he came to know it is mine and he started targeting me to pay off the money what my friend received from him. Also he is threatening me, if you not paying money I will cease your two wheeler. So I'm completely stressed and confused. Please help me how to handle this legally.
