Judge Judy is wrong to say “it looks just fine that way.” It doesn’t matter how fine or not it looks. This kind of work is supposed to be done exactly as stated. I worked in this kind of industry and did tile work. You can’t just do a design however you want and tell a customer it “looks fine.”

This case hits home for me, tried to save on a quick bathroom tiling, paid $3000, used a “handy man”. Dude botched putting the toilet back n pipe burst two days later. Destroyed half my townhouse, cost me thousands and insurance premium doubled after…. NEVER AGAIN……
