This video is my post-Covid weight loss plan.

I put on quite a bit of weight the last couple of years and I've been noticing it not just on the scale but in my joints. PLUS, I actually went up a size in shirts for the first time ever. Ugh!

I wanted to share what my weight loss plan is because it's easy and anyone can do it regardless of their situation.

IF is the only thing that works for me as well! I do 16/8 but have been on vacation and have completely fallen off the wagon. I will go back as soon as I am back in reality! Nice video Evan! Thanks for the encouragement!

Great info! I plan to take up your challenge this week starting tonight.i will start with a 5lb goal and see how it goes. The black coffee may be the hardest part as I do love my cream😁

I saw your video and i remember last year i did the same fasting and its work but i lose more with walking 15000 steps a day and calories around 1500 day i lost for 2 month 8 kg. But now i need to come back 😩 beacuse i gaint Wight much im 175cm and wight is 90. Its time to change

That's quite a challenge. I'm interested in doing that, yet, isn't it said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Right now for the last couple of months I just eat a bowl of Cheerios with some raisins, and 2% milk. I think that's about a maximum of 300 calories. I'll experiment on which meal is easiest to skip. Breakfast, lunch or dinner?
