Another way to put it is that u need to roll a 23 on a d20 to pass the dexterity check on bogo sort

99% of bogo sorters stop before sorting their array in n time complexity

It isnt O(n x n!), but rather O(n!) amortized, since most checks, if the array is correct fail on the first element, since it only has a 1/n chance of being correct.
However I dont know if there are any methods of shuffeling an array faster than O(n), so it would still be O(n x n!)
