Finally!!! One of the first videos that I have seen on this channel that is giving the REAL cost of home ownership. Home prices, job losses, Interest rates, insurance, taxes, and tax reassessments are a real thing. Like you said in the beginning of the video. You hate to be the one giving out this info. You are in the business of helping people purchase homes. All of the things mentioned above are bad for your business. Thank you for keeping it real when it comes to home ownership.

Traffic, taxation and housing prices here on NC, are not much different, compared any other nationwide major cities, but if you’re exploring small towns such as onslow county, you’ll get a much better price, and no HOA.

Moved here in oct. it’s humid, bugs are gross, it’s like a big suburb around Raleigh. Downtown Raleigh is average! Food is super salty!! Someone needs to take the salt away from these people. They are ruining the food

Yes, people need to research this first: 1. Traffic 2. Property taxes. 3. HOA fees and rules.

I'm from NJ (some of the highest property taxes in the country) and currently live in Houston (the devil vacations in here. It's NC sounds like a dream when it comes to traffic, weather, and costs. Now that job situation that's tough. Can you please speak on animals (pets) especially EMS animals when it comes to housing.

I moved to NC because of the high oil prices in Maine. I noticed that the people in NC can not drive good. They never use their turn signals and they are just terrible drivers. I'm from Massachusetts and that says a lot. People are nice here and are welcoming. Very good hospitality here but when they get behind the wheel it's a different story. Oh yeah and the random trash just blowing around I didn't see that up north. It's the fisherman leaving trash in their truck and letting it blow around. I've been living here for 2 years now. NC needs to put a ban on plastic bags and styrofoam.

I’m from Washington state, the prices for a 4bd 3ba house at 2500sqft is almost $700, 000 to $950, 00 in a neighborhood that the houses should be around $200, 000. Not crime ridden, but junk cars piled up three house down. Type of neighborhoods in some areas.

$350K?😂😂😂😂😂 I can't buy ANYTHING for that price in DC, MD OR VA!!! If I could take my salary to NC & buy a house for $400k or $450k, I'd be happy!
