At 4:44, the definition of irreflexive is wrong. Please don't teach wrong things to students.
The correct definition is
A relation R on the set A is said to be irreflexive if (x, x) does not belong to the relation R.
For example,
Let A={1, 2, 3}
Let R be the relation on set A.
So, R={(1, 1), (2, 2), (2, 3)}
So, the relation R is NOT REFLEXIVE as (3, 3) is missing.
And the Relation R is NOT IRREFLEXIVE as (1, 1) and (2, 2) exists.
