Eating POV: Pistachio Ice Cream in Aegina, Greece

On the Greek island of Aegina, across from the ancient Temple of Aphaia, you go into the gift shop, which serves ice cream made with locally grown pistachios. You order a small bowl and enjoy it in the courtyard. Yum!
