Hello, I have a question, this Sunday I will take a flight alone, I’m not scare of fliying, I’m scare of having a panic attack on the flight. Actually I’m taking 3 x 0, 5 alprazolam and this week I started having dyspnoea because of the anxiety, the doctor recommended me to take 1 x 10mg Oxazepam with the alprazolam, but I’m scared that Oxazepam increase my dyspnoea and loose the breathing.. what can be your advise? . The dyspnoea that I have is because the anxiety, I already made all test and everything is fine. Thanks

Started 30mg today
As valium didn’t help much

I’ll be using this for anxiety as needed. My dr said a lot of people like this.

I found it works extremely slowly
She prescribed 30mg
I was taking 5mg Valium before

Because there is low supply temazipam in uk, they have switched me to this crap, start it tonight, I don’t think it will pack the same punch!

I feel like it made me moody. Like it kicked in I was tired and out of it

But I think it’s making me moody and angry though even though I’m calm
I feel out of it. Any thoughts? Like I’m in a fog
