Chicken Marinade

YUMMY CHICKEN MARINADE! Perfect for a big meal prep cook up to pair with rice or veggies or salad! Or… all three 😂

Rough recipe :)
Ingredients:
10 chicken thigh fillets, trimmed
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp soy sauce + 1tbsp dark soy (for colour, if you don’t have don’t stress)
5 coriander root finely chopped
1 small lemon grass stick, sliced thinly
2-3 garlic cloves, grated
2 tbsp coconut milk

Add everything into a bowl and coat well. BBQ until cooked through ✅ Pair with your faves for a super easy dinner!
