AMD should really lean into the whole paper launch. When revealing their new GPUs they should show a picture on a piece of one, play coy about the mishap then get handed a physical one off stage while saying "real performance for a real product" or something equally as cheesey.

Well, I'm on AMDs Radeon since 9800 Pro, and never had any necessarity to change back to NVidia.

But after launches of T&L, Pixel Shaders and TruForm, I was healed to buy GPUs which were mostly promoted through new features. So I don't really care about raytracing today, because this is still extremely experimental and very messy.

Fake frames I won't ned more than doubled for the next 10 years and later. My target will be doubling 60 fps for a very long time. And on my actual Radeon grafic card I can do this in every game which runs on DirectX, OpenGL and Vulcan.

Basic framegen is more then enough and nodoby cares about that x2/x4 mode in dlss 4. AMD need to get back to normal prices, 450/500$ for that 9070/9700xt and give us 4070ti performance for that money.

These are fantastic points: AMD really do need to counterplay the ridiculous announcement and launch of the 5000 series. They have a huge opportunity to address what everyone is thinking and to be the company who actually cares about gamers.
