31 million face severe storms and extreme heat in the South

The Southeast was pummeled over the weekend by another round of summer storms that included at least 14 tornadoes touching down. This comes as around 31 million people in the South remain under heat alerts. NBC’s Priscilla Thompson reports for TODAY and Dylan Dreyer tracks the forecast.
