according to me blot is the most well balanced hero with health countering shield, damage, mobility and firing range
if you want balance changes then i say.... only mirage and ghost because all the other heros and factions counter each other
for example- RENEGADE is countered by FORCE AND ARMS
FORCE AND ARMS - S.K.Y.T.E.C.H MECACORP.
SKYTECH MEGACORP - P.Y.R.O
PYRO is mainly countered by RENEGADE but, their counters could be any of the factions, it depends on their state in a fight.

I feel like they should have more health (cuz they're tanks yk?) and not more overflow time

hey i noticed that some shotguns have like the Weapon silhouette while healing and assault rifles revive you and grab items while the Weapon silhouette

I feel like a better shield balance change would be for the shield to have health. So when you activate a shield going into battle you yake a certain amount of damage before it goes away.

Cuz i have used blot and cant hipfire someone near me and the tank range is so small i strugle to see enemys

Tbh firefly is quite balance his aiming is kinda slow but that makes up for his damage and fire rate

Don't add more levels for 2 years each time since f2players are heavily debuffed in the meta

Bastion doesn't need more hp, as he already have damage reduction from his 4th ability; combine that with AR team healing ability dmg red. He is literally unkillable in close quarters

Noooo, Don't nerf raven scan, even just 6 second the enemy run so fast that if didn't feel like spam

Buffing and nerfing requires a lot of calculations so you don’t overdo it. Most of the nerfs you stated will just make the hero trash, especially the smgs.. nerfs and buffs are needed but not this heavy
