This is a geopolitical strategy played out by communist block of countries against free democratic countries of which India is one of the largest democracy in the world. To say that there is no co-ordination between China and Russia is to stick one's head in the sand and not see the truth that that the two largest communist countries are planning to militarily attack and take over democratic countries Ukraine and Taiwan both are strategic for location, agriculture and technology. India is simply not a global player as its thinking is local and not global. The old adage is act locally but think globally. With such a limited view point India cannot grow to super power status any time soon. Other nation will out strip India's development and history will pass India by.
