I was there last month 06/2024… and how it would be a 4star resorts is beyond me!?!? I would give it a 2 star based on how outdated the rooms are, to include the furniture. I booked a “family suite” and once we got into it the a/c wasn’t working right, the ceiling fan wasn’t working at all, even my 9 year old granddaughter make a comment to all terrible the room!,

They couldn’t fix any of the issues in the room, but said they couldn’t give us another room either, unless we wanted to upgrade? We paid the upgraded to an oceanview, but even that room was terrible. The property pools/resort/food were standard, but nothing spectacular. We knew as soon as we walked into the room (both), it’s was gonna be a long four days!

Don’t waste your money at this resort, and if you don’t believe me then don’t bitch as you’ve been warned! P.S. I don’t write reviews on resort but felt I needed to on this one.

This resort has poor air condition, we couldn’t enjoy our vacation because the lunch room, game room, theater, And gym not air conditioned, my kids couldn’t do any activities because it was so hot indoor.

The hotel was awful. We hated our trip. Beds were super firm and the view was of construction that lasted until around 10pm. The splash area for kids is part of the kids club and you can’t bring in food or drinks. Staff at the buffet try to have servers but they don’t have a designated area and jump around the dining area so I had 3 servers taking my drink order at the same time. Super dated resort and more catered to the locals.
