I change a mix of street and dirt tires pretty frequently; can you test the street machine's ability to change dirt tires and vis versa? I know you already tried street tires on the dirt machine off camera, but I'm curious what specifically went wrong. The reason I'm asking is I'd rather only have one expensive machine, or at least know for sure that I actually need both.

What size and year of ducati monster is it? My dad has owned 2, his first bike was a 99 monster 750, the carb and engine got gummed up after it sat for 4 years from mice and he bought a moster 1000, I forget what year, but he sold it and still rides his 750

i did mine with tire spoons. yeah i scratched up the rim a tad, but they only cost $20 for a tire spoon set. this would be nice to have, but it is pricey ! ill just stick to the tire spoons
