What I did is I reset or reinstall the Pinterest tag on Shopify and it went back to normal.

I'm having an issue with verification getting the blue tick. Ive passed everything for eligibility except "shopping experience quality". I've reached out to support but they just sent me automated response. Saying it's got something to do with reports on my product pins or my shop!!! However all my pins adhere to the community guides and i've NEVER a single problem with with my customer shopping experience!!

Now on the other side of this. Is this because I have had no "Sales" through Pinterest ??

Do I get it right that any Tag Health issues should be gone in 24-48 hours after the missing type of event appears in the stats? And there's nothing we can or should do to start the process of regaining verified merchant status?

Thanks for this, what if it’s the refund policy..I’ve done it to Pinterest several times and it still says not approved. I emailed them and they just keep regurgitating the same information.
