The Nameless Grimoire is an OSR spellbook by Johnstone Metzger that dramatically expands the magic rules, spells, and patrons for magic users in his game The Nightmares Underneath. Most of the book is highly compatible with most OSR rulesets.

Some observations: per minute 5:00, all illustrations are by Johnstone Metzger, the book's author, except for six by Nate Mercel, as detailed on page 3 -- which makes this an even more impressive tome. Also, Patrons convert arcane casters into divine casters, versus being "for clerics". Useful to cite that casters can cast spells of higher level than them as a ritual spell.
