The concept of "expenditure" in both ways is teached with very clarity. In this connection I have one doubt pls...!! One concept I heard from a faculty... that... if an organisation is spent any expenses.... before the revenue generating from its operations.... that all expenses are treated as "capital expenditure". For Ex. casual expenses like "travel, tea & any other all small small expenses are also can take under "capital expenditure as well as real capital expenditure like machinery purchased. They told if once the revenue is generating then we can seperate as "capital & revenue" expenditure. But all expenses before revenue ganerating are related to "capital expenditure. Is it true sir...!? Pls give me answer sir... 🙏
