My theory would be, if black holes keep eating things maybe it’s just forming another inside of it and when the black hole dies out it bursts out but it is not a black hole it’s a white hole and it’s just a reverse process

Imagine that black holes slowdown the time so much that at some point the time will begin to go backwards and accelerate time causing the white hole.

My personal theory is that when black holes are fully evaporated via Hawking radiation, they explode with a huge beam of light, hence the white holes exist till all the photons escaped where the black holes were.

Black holes take in light bring it to a point and white holes are the exit point of the energy taken in by black Only thing is there are few white holes because they produce so much light energy there are fewer of them the number of black holes make up for the production of light energy but light energy is still being produced WAY faster the black hole and take it in so that explains why the universe is constantly expanding due to the amount of light energy being pumped into the universe that's why so many black hole appear to try and slow do the process.... But also the more black holes there are the more light energy is produced it's a crazy

I think white holes are like black holes but white stuff in space like gas dust and left others form stars that when you enter it's gravity will push you in the other side and keep doing that to you until they just eat you like spaghetti
